Great WW2 era footage of air attacks and emergency landings on US Navy carriers in the Pacific. Some touching events and dedication to those that served and fought for freedom. Being a veteran of the US Navy, this really hits home.

Not 100% sure what happened here. This pilot seems to have ditched his fuel tank or a bomb but still loses it and ejects. Anyone know wtf causes this?
